We aim to waste as little material as possible, as some items are print- to-order and custom items. Production and shipping can take 1-4 weeks (International orders can take up to 8 weeks). Depending on factors outside of our control, you may receive a delay in your order. Please reach out to us : contact@colorblocmag.com if you have not received your order within 30 days of shipment.
Once your order has been packaged you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Returns are accepted within (10) business days of the receipt of the merchandise. All garments must be returned unworn, in a 100% re-saleable condition and in their original packaging.
To initiate a request to return an order, please send us an email : contact@colorblocmag.com with your order number, name, and the reason for the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. All returns must be accompanied with an order number, name and reason for return. Failure to properly submit returned items may result in items being shipped back to the original sender.
Upon acceptance and receipt of the returned merchandise to our office, we will issue a 100% refund through the original method of payment. Credit card refunds can take up to 5-7 business days from the time we issue the refund, depending on the banking institution.
Orders "Returned to Sender" by Postal Service
If your package is unable to be delivered for any reason and is returned to our facility, we will issue you a 100% refund for the returned merchandise. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for these orders.
Customers ordering from our website should ensure they have their packages delivered to a secure mailbox or location and are present to receive their packages. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged once they have been delivered by the postal service.
Once your order is placed we begin fulfilling it to ensure you receive your products as fast as possible. We cannot guarantee any requests for order changes. We do not offer exchanges on orders- if you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted / unused items and place a new order.
Please note that orders may be delayed or cancelled if products are out of stock. We will attempt to contact you as soon as possible if your order has been delayed for this reason. Please be sure to provide the most up to date contact information.
